INSTRUCTIONS FOR AUTHORS

ABSTRACT AND ARTICLE SUBMISSION PROCESS

Create your account by identifying yourself on the platform (use your account if it is already created)
Submit your abstract (250 words maximum, Abstract Template NCM2025), followed by 4 to 5 keywords, in English, via the section: ''ABSTRACT SUBMISSION''
Specify the thematic session of your contribution among the 6 sessions proposed
Specify whether you wish to present your communication in oral or poster form
The abstract will be reread and a decision of acceptance or refusal will be made.
Submitted articles will then go through an anonymous review process. In the event of final acceptance, and after possible required modifications, authors will be invited to submit the final version of at least 4 pages, in English, according to the model downloadable here: ' Coming soon'

PROCESS

Oral presentations in two sessions: 36 (18 per session)

Each presentation will be done in 10 minutes in addition to 5 minutes for debate. This requires 4h30 per session spread over 3 half-days.

Poster presentations: 24 (12 per session)

Posters will be displayed during coffee breaks which will last 30 minutes.
